The Central Ohio Community Land Trust (COCLT) is building homes in Columbus and throughout Franklin County. We are looking to build up to 60 homes in 2023! Homebuyers can qualify for up to $50,000 (based on income) to cover the difference between the original listing price and the selling price. Anyone who qualifies based on income (less then 120% area median income, based on family size) and has the ability to get approved for a leasehold interest mortgage has the opportunity to purchase a COCLT home. The first step to learning more about the Community Land Trust is to attend a COCLT Orientation Class. The classes last approximately one hour and are offered virtually one afternoon and one evening each month.
