The Ohio Capital Finance Corporation (OCFC) was formed in 2002 as the nonprofit lending affiliate of Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing. OCFC is a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati and Opportunity Finance Network. OCFC provides flexible financing products and utilizes partnerships for the expansion and preservation of affordable housing. With total assets under management of over $114 million, OCFC has closed 718 loans, financed more than 29,105 units, and generated over $668 million to assist in the production, rehabilitation and preservation of affordable housing and community development.
