The Columbus Urban League (CUL), with funding from Key Bank, launched the Housing Accelerator Initiative to address the ongoing housing instability exacerbated by the pandemic. As COVID-19 relief funds decrease, many individuals still face significant rental debt and eviction threats. CUL's program blends affordable housing access with tools for wealth-building, workforce development, and case management to help clients achieve financial independence and long-term stability. Participants can access deposit assistance, improve their credit scores, and increase employment opportunities, aiming for lasting self-sufficiency and economic recovery.

Providing comprehensive support to job seekers, career changers and aspiring professionals to help them reach their career goals. We equip individuals with the tools and confidence they need to succeed in today’s competitive job market, including a comprehensive workforce readiness training for youth ages 14-19.
